The tools or 'elements,' that we draw from - playfully coined as 'life arts' - are based on simple but effective strategies. Our unique portfolio of gentle modalities is intended to assist in: stress-reduction; effective relaxation, holistic body, mind, and spirit detox; and improved communication, creativity, and self-expression - all of which play pivotal roles in optimizing wellness. We also hold workshops that nurture the communion between like-minded people. Further, we have curated a collection of exceptionally priced tools for sound healing and meditation, for your personal or professional wellness practice, and augmented them with a selection of specialty crystals, botanicals, and popular home and body care products. We seek ethically sourced items (such as sage and palo santo), use natural and organic ingredients for our in-house made products such as: soaps, salves, clearing sprays, smudge, meditation anointing oils, soy & coconut candles, and more.
